Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead experimental validation of quantum computing architectures on proprietary hardware

- Secure and manage research funding through competitive grant applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing or theoretical physics
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and information theory
