Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning
- Develop quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for next-gen security
- Lead quantum error correction research on 1000+ qubit systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit implementations
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with high-performance computing experience
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics and linear algebra
- Experience with quantum simulation software (QASM, OpenFermion)
- Track record of solving complex optimization problems
