Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

- Translate theoretical quantum concepts into practical industry applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing focus
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)

- Expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum gates, and circuit design
- Familiarity with NISQ-era hardware constraints and optimization techniques
