Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum algorithms or hardware
- Expertise in quantum error correction, fault-tolerant computing, and qubit coherence
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical ML frameworks
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts into scalable prototypes
