Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for cryptography and machine learning applications
- Optimize quantum circuit architectures for next-generation hardware platforms
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present at international quantum conferences
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to bridge quantum software-hardware integration gaps
- Develop error mitigation strategies for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar)
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement, superposition, and decoherence principles
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in Python and high-performance computing frameworks
- Experience with quantum hardware interfaces (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving in multidisciplinary environments
