Responsibilities

- Secure external funding through NSF and DARPA grant proposals
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming methodologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum information theory or quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and statistical modeling
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems or superconducting qubits
- Strong Python/C++ skills for high-performance computing applications
- Track record of securing research funding or industry partnerships
- Understanding of NISQ-era hardware limitations and error mitigation
