Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum algorithm research for practical applications in cryptography and optimization
- Develop quantum simulation models to accelerate material science and drug discovery
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and error correction protocols
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating quantum computing with classical AI systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and computational complexity
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
- Ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
