Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of quantum programming experience (Qiskit, Q#, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction techniques
- Publication record in quantum computing research
- Expertise in at least one classical high-performance language (Python/C++)
- Familiarity with NISQ-era hardware constraints
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex quantum systems
