Responsibilities

- Mentor PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (post-doc preferred)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with superconducting qubits or trapped-ion systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals/conferences
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven ability to translate theoretical models into scalable implementations
- Security clearance eligibility for DoE/NIST projects
