Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems in AI and cryptography
- Lead experimental research on quantum error correction and coherence enhancement
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to prototype quantum processors with 1000+ qubits
- Publish findings in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers and drive quantum computing curriculum development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quil)
- Published research in top-tier journals on quantum algorithms or hardware
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and high-performance computing frameworks
