Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant computing
- Develop novel quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Optimize quantum circuit architectures for cloud deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-secure encryption systems
- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature Physics and IEEE journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Proficiency in tensor network simulations and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with quantum hardware providers (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Track record of translating theoretical models into practical implementations
