Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead experimental quantum computing projects using superconducting qubit systems

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into classical computing frameworks
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present findings at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and secure federal/state research grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (required)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong publication record in top-tier physics/computing journals
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and superposition principles
- US citizenship or permanent residency required for government contract compliance
