Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex computational problems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Develop novel quantum hardware integration protocols for commercial applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and complexity analysis
- Strong publication record in top-tier journals/conferences
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and low-level quantum hardware programming
- Demonstrated ability to work with cutting-edge quantum hardware (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Experience securing government or corporate research grants
