- Secure $2M+ annual research grants and industry partnerships
- Mentor PhD candidates and shape quantum computing curricula

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published author in Nature/Science journals with 15+ peer-reviewed papers
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit design frameworks
- Proven track record of securing government research grants (NSF/DARPA)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience leading teams of 10+ researchers in high-stakes environments
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum simulation tools
- Understanding of quantum-classical hybrid architectures
