Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware team to design error-corrected qubit architectures
- Secure $1M+ in annual research grants from NSF and DARPA Publish top-tier research in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years of quantum algorithm implementation experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
