Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms with 99.9% fidelity for commercial applications
- Lead a 12-person research team in developing error-correction protocols
- Secure $5M+ in government and private sector research funding
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on quantum-resistant cryptography projects
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature Physics or IEEE journals
- Develop quantum machine learning frameworks for 2026-era data processing
- Present breakthrough findings at Davos and World Economic Forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computational Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with superconducting qubit systems
- Proven track record of securing $1M+ in quantum research grants
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
- Experience mentoring post-quantum cryptography teams
