Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience managing $1M+ research budgets
- Deep understanding of post-quantum cryptographic standards
- Track record of translating theory to commercial prototypes
