Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional research teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures

- Secure $5M+ in research grants through compelling proposals and thought leadership

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development with published peer-reviewed papers
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant system design
- Proven track record of securing federal or industry research funding
- Strong proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, IBM Quantum)
