- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory and hardware-software co-design
- Secure and manage research grants from national quantum initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum computing journals
- Familiarity with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ in quantum research funding
