Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 100+ qubit coherence
- Develop error correction protocols achieving 99.9% fidelity
- Create hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization and simulation
- Secure $10M+ in government and private research grants
- Mentor PhD-level quantum research team
- Present breakthrough findings at Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with superconducting qubit systems
- Published research in top-tier quantum journals (Nature, PRL)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Proven track record of securing government research funding
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering
