Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processor architectures for 2026 deployment
- Develop quantum error correction algorithms targeting <0.1% logical error rates
- Lead hybrid quantum-classical computing framework implementation
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum acceleration into ML pipelines
- Establish industry partnerships for quantum hardware validation
- Mentor quantum engineering specialists in emerging topological qubit systems
- Drive patent strategy for quantum communication protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience in quantum hardware or superconducting qubit systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum simulation frameworks
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary R&D teams
