Responsibilities
- Architect quantum error correction protocols for 100+ qubit systems
- Design hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software integration
- Develop patentable quantum algorithms solving real-world optimization problems
- Establish industry standards for quantum security post-quantum cryptography
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and government agencies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum development frameworks
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and low-level quantum control systems
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum annealing or superconducting qubit platforms
- Security clearance preferred for government collaboration projects
