- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through patent development and white papers

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and hardware integration
- Track record of leading quantum projects with measurable commercial impact
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Certification in quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum Experience, Amazon Braket)
