Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop novel quantum algorithms to solve complex computational challenges
- Optimize quantum hardware-software interfaces for maximum efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation quantum systems
- Research and implement quantum error correction methodologies
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum research initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar)
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and optimization techniques
- Proficiency in low-level quantum hardware interfaces
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
