Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for 2026 commercial applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-coherent systems
- Develop security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (e.g., topological qubits)
- Create roadmaps for quantum computing adoption in enterprise environments
- Present breakthrough findings at international technology forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Deep understanding of quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts into practical implementations
