Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security protocols
- Develop quantum algorithms to solve previously intractable computational problems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum hardware-software integration
- Create quantum simulation frameworks for pre-quantum era testing
- Research emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonic quantum processors)
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- 3+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum architecture design
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters and distributed systems
- Strong background in cryptography and information theory
