- Drive patent filings in quantum cryptography and hardware optimization
- Mentor a team of quantum physicists and software engineers
- Establish industry standards for quantum computing security protocols
- Partner with NASA and MIT on quantum space exploration initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum decoherence or entanglement
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record scaling quantum systems beyond 50 qubits
- Deep understanding of topological quantum computing models
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D grants from NSF/DARPA
