Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization and machine learning challenges
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors with error correction protocols
- Develop quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography systems
- Create roadmaps for quantum-cloud hybrid infrastructure integration
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum principles and practical implementation
- File patents for novel quantum architectures and error mitigation techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware architecture
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
