Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum hardware/software architecture
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or Q# frameworks
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and photonics
- Track record of securing federal research grants
- Strong patent portfolio (10+ granted)
