Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing quantum machine learning frameworks
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing pipelines
- Implement topological qubit stabilization protocols
- Develop quantum-resistant encryption standards
- Optimize quantum annealing algorithms for logistics and finance
- Drive quantum-safe migration strategies for Fortune 500 partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or error correction models
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in quantum supremacy or quantum advantage
- Proficiency in quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped-ion)
- Experience with quantum machine learning libraries (PennyLane, TensorFlow Quantum)
- Security clearance or ability to obtain DOE Q-level clearance
