Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems using superconducting qubits and topological qubit designs
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing workflows for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Research emerging quantum materials and fabrication techniques
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum computing hardware evolution
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq)
- Experience with superconducting qubit manipulation and cryogenic systems
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or quantum annealing
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 100 qubits
