Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures resistant to 2026-era cyber threats
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stability
- Develop hybrid classical-quantum algorithms for enterprise applications
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement quantum-secure transformation roadmaps
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of quantum physicists and software engineers
- Contribute to open-source quantum frameworks adopted by global standards bodies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years architecting quantum systems with 100+ qubit coherence
- Published research in top-tier quantum journals (Nature/Science)
- Expertise in Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum cryptography (NIST PQC standards)
- Proven track record of delivering production quantum solutions
- Clearance for federal quantum security initiatives
