Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise and research applications
- Develop error-correction protocols and quantum algorithms for real-world problem-solving
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptographic systems
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning applications
- Partner with academic institutions to advance quantum computing research
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech conferences and symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or advanced quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quipper)
- Strong background in quantum information theory and quantum cryptography
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum processors
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
