As a key member of our Quantum Innovation Division, you'll lead the development of fault-tolerant quantum architectures and hybrid classical-quantum systems. Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Develop error correction protocols and quantum optimization algorithms
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Create quantum-classical hybrid system blueprints for enterprise clients
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (photonic, topological, etc.)
- Present breakthrough innovations to industry partners and venture capitalists
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Strong background in machine learning and classical optimization
