Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to optimize computational efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with classical systems
- Research and evaluate emerging quantum technologies (e.g., photonic, topological qubits)
- Collaborate with industry partners to define quantum computing standards for 2026
- Present quantum roadmaps and technical recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Ensure quantum security protocols meet evolving regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed quantum computing research
