Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum algorithms and error-correction protocols for real-world deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and engineers in quantum system integration
- Create roadmaps for quantum computing scalability and commercial viability
- Partner with clients to identify quantum-advantage use cases in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Secure patents and publish research in top-tier quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction, qubit design, and cryogenic systems
- Proven track record of deploying quantum solutions in production environments
- Strong background in machine learning and classical-high-performance computing
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with complex mathematical modeling
- Experience securing government or enterprise quantum computing contracts
