Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems using superconducting and photonic qubits
- Design quantum error correction protocols for 2026-era quantum processors
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum hardware-software co-design initiatives
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm implementation
- Drive quantum computing standards development for industry adoption
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or hardware design
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Published research in top quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and control electronics
- Demonstrated ability to translate quantum algorithms into scalable implementations
