Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization and simulation problems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop cryogenic quantum processor interfaces
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for real-world deployment
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography systems
- Mentor quantum research teams and publish breakthrough findings in Nature/Science
- Drive quantum computing adoption through strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research with published papers in top-tier journals
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, error correction, and quantum circuit design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper, Qiskit)
- Deep understanding of superconducting qubit systems or topological quantum computing
