Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm implementation
- Optimize quantum circuits for error correction and performance
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Secure intellectual property through quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit coherence improvements
- Present quantum solutions to C-level executives and industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing or high-performance computing architecture
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proficiency with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Experience leading technical teams in agile environments
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain (TS/SCI preferred)
