Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum AI architectures leveraging superposition and entanglement principles
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems at enterprise scale
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum machine learning pipelines
- Research and mitigate quantum decoherence effects in real-world applications
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems with 99.99% algorithmic fidelity
- Create quantum security protocols for next-generation data encryption standards
- Pioneer novel error-correction techniques for quantum neural networks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or AI systems at scale
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Proficiency with quantum circuit optimization and tensor network simulations
- Experience leading technical teams in high-stakes R&D environments
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Strong background in distributed computing and parallel processing
