Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for machine learning applications
- Lead research in quantum neural networks and quantum-enhanced AI models
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world problem solving
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum algorithms for next-generation processors
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 3+ years post-graduate research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning (arXiv, Nature, IEEE journals)
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Microsoft Azure Quantum)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum simulation frameworks
