Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and neural networks
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals and conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum error correction methodologies
- Proven track record of securing research grants (>$2M)
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and high-performance computing
