Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-AI hybrid systems for 2026 deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, AI engineers, and neuroscientists
- Develop ethical frameworks for quantum-enhanced decision algorithms
- Secure $5M+ in research grants from NSF and DARPA
- Pioneer human-AI symbiosis protocols for next-gen interfaces
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Advise global policy on quantum AI governance frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Machine Learning with 8+ years experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record leading $10M+ research initiatives
- Expertise in quantum error correction and NISQ algorithm design
- Familiarity with ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong background in human-computer interaction design
- Experience securing government research grants
