- Drive commercialization of quantum-AI breakthroughs
- Mentor PhD researchers and industry fellows
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum security frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years leading quantum/AI R&D projects with published impact
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, error correction, and tensor networks
- Proven track record securing government research grants
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow Quantum
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or photonic processors
- Strong background in neuromorphic computing architectures
