Responsibilities

- Develop ethical governance protocols for autonomous quantum systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning (2018-2023)
- 5+ years experience with quantum annealing (D-Wave, IBM Q) or photonic processors
- Published research in quantum error correction or variational quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or custom quantum circuit optimization
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum-classical hybrid architectures
- Security clearance eligibility or active TS/SCI clearance preferred
