Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid architectures using Qiskit and TensorFlow Quantum
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum neural networks for real-time predictive analytics
- Optimize quantum algorithms for NISQ-era hardware with 100+ qubit coherence
- Create secure quantum communication protocols for enterprise data networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying pilot systems with Fortune 500 partners
- Research novel quantum machine learning paradigms for 2026 deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS + 5yrs experience considered)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and error correction methodologies
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Experience with cryogenic quantum computing systems and control electronics
- Strong background in AI/ML with TensorFlow/PyTorch implementation
- Security clearance eligibility or DoD quantum research background preferred
