Responsibilities
- Architect quantum neural networks capable of solving NP-hard problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical AI frameworks for real-world applications
- Lead research into quantum-entangled machine learning algorithms
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processors optimized for AI workloads
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to implement 2026-era technology roadmaps
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum AI methodologies
- Present findings at premier international technology symposia
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years building production quantum systems or advanced neural networks
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological quantum computing
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum AI
- Experience leading complex R&D projects with $1M+ budgets
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Ability to translate theoretical physics into practical engineering solutions
