Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and other QA tools
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives)
- Create comprehensive test plans and test documentation
- Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback
- Maintain test environments and ensure test data integrity
Qualifications
- 2+ years of QA/testing experience in software development
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and bug-tracking tools
- Familiarity with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
