Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure product quality.
- Perform manual and automated testing across various web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects (bugs) with precision using JIRA.
- Collaborate closely with software developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
- Analyze system requirements and technical documentation to understand functionality.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure new updates do not break existing features.
- Participate in agile scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and a strong desire to enter the software testing field.
- Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and logical reasoning.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to commit to the 12-week paid training program.
