Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure product quality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools like JIRA.
- Perform manual and automated testing to verify functionality across various devices.
- Collaborate closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Conduct regression testing on new builds to ensure stability and performance.
- Analyze user feedback and test results to improve the overall user experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a QA Tester or in a similar quality assurance role.
- Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and SDLC.
- Familiarity with testing tools such as JIRA, Selenium, or Cypress.
- Excellent communication skills to report findings clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
